Fiesta Americana Cozumel All Inclusive Hotel, Cozumel

This resort is an absolute gem with fantastic food, exceptional service, and a lively atmosphere. The spacious and clean rooms with ocean views are well worth the extra cost. However, the evening entertainment could use some improvement, and the requirement to tour for recreational equipment limited our water activities. Overall, a wonderful place to spend a vacation.

Our stay at the resort had its highs and lows. While the 1 bedroom suite was spacious and clean with great ocean views, the experience was marred by a disappointing pool area that lacked maintenance. Dining was decent, especially the breakfast buffet and some dinner options, but the overall service was inconsistent. It’s a nice place for a getaway, but not without its flaws.

My stay was mostly enjoyable at Fiesta Americana, with clean and comfortable rooms and a friendly atmosphere. However, the constant push for timeshare presentations was off-putting, taking away from the overall relaxation I was looking for.
